Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw a consent you gave, nominate someone to act for you, or complain about how we have handled any of it.

You submit the form
We record your request immediately and give you a reference code on screen and by email.

We confirm it is you
We may ask you to verify your identity. This protects you: without it, anyone could ask us to hand over or delete your data.

We act and tell you what we did
Our Grievance Officer works the request and responds, normally within 30 days. If we cannot do part of it — for example where tax law requires us to keep a payment record — we will tell you exactly what we kept and why.
